Box Beam Roll Forming Machine Description
 
We are the professional manufacturer of making Box beam roll forming machine . This kind of machine can make different sizes according to customer requirement, it is two C profiles are locked together to form a box beam, the height of the beam can be adjusted by manual or automatic mode basis of the requirement of customer . The cutting mode can be following hydraulic cutting system. Beam roll forming machine can form the material thickness 1.0-2.0mm, and raw material is pre-galvanized steel, hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel. And standard size of the upright is 50mm, 95mm 110mm,120mm,130mm, 140mm,150mm, 160mm.

C.Process for Fully automatic Beam roll forming machine:
3T automatic hydraulic decoiling→guide & feeding→leveling →Roll forming → Straightening → hydraulic track cutting → Roller table conveyor→automatic overturning→conveyor→hugging & roll forming→ Runout table


D.Main machine structure and characteristics:
a. Fast change the specifications: all specifications can be with stepless changing automaticaly by computer controlling, any specification changing time only takes 5 minutes; is is adopted with the left side is fixed.
b. Adjustable: within the strip width, any size can be adjusted, it can be adjusted in mm.
c. It is adopted with the same one machine to produce all specifications, it can be adjusted by PLC automatically and steplessly. When changing the specifications, there is no need to change the forming rollers. The production process is adopted with automatic controlling, which can automatically punch, cut and roll form according to the input length and quantity parameters.

E.The Straightening device: 
The last step of rollers is overpressure rollers. Before this step of rollers, two rollers are set, which can be corrected and straightened by two-way adjustment. This ensures that the products with no torsional deformation.

F.Hydraulic track Cutting device:
It is adopted with Servo tracking hydraulic cutting:
a. Type: hydraulic mould cutting (equipped with 9 sets of cutting moulds).
b. Structural features: the cutting is an independent device, the length is determined by PLC, and the cutting length can be set by itself. The cutting end face has small deformation and high production efficiency.

G.Roller conveyor and automatic overturning device:
The roll formed profiles are transported to the designated position by the powered roller conveyor, and then the profiles are overturned by the pneumatic device, so that the two profiles are always in a positive and negative state. Then it is fed into the roll forming machine through the conveying roller and then hugged together.

H.Runout table for finished products.
It is adopted with simple type roller table.

I.Electric controlling system:
It is adopted with Siemens 7” touch screen; Germany Siemens PLC; Japanese Yaskawa Frequency converter; and Schneider Low voltages.
a. The whole line adopts with PLC controlling, LCD touch screen, human-machine interface (HMI). it can realize the interaction between human and PLC. The operator can automatically operate through the set program (programmable control), monitor the control process, modify the control parameters, and can monitor the equipment running status, operating parameters and fault indications in real time. The length is digitally set and can be adjusted. 
b. It can operate by manual/automatic modes. With manual and automatic exchanging function: In the manual state, it can run the individual single machine, which is convenient for maintenance; in the automatic state, to have the full production line running; with emergency stop button, it is easy to handle the emergency, and ensure equipment and operators Safety.
c. There is a manual operation panel near the machine to facilitate the worker's operation.

J.Quality Guarantee, Installation / Commissioning & after sales services :
The seller guarantees the equipment design and manufacturing fully meets the requirements of relevant national standards and regulations, and strictly prohibit to use the eliminated equipments.
The warranty period is 12 months. During the period of quality guarantee, all damages to the equipment caused by design and manufacturing shall be completely repaired by seller with free charges.
If required by buyer, the seller shall send technician to the buyer's site for equipment installation and commissioning guide. The buyer should pay the round trip air tickets, food and accommodation, and also USD200 per day for technician.
The seller shall provide the buyer with warm, thoughtful after-sales services, provide technical supports to the buyer in time, and promptly answer the buyer's technical advice.
If the equipment has a problem during the warranty period. The seller guarantees to reply within 2 hours after receiving the buyer's notice and arrive at the buyer’s site within one week if necessary. The seller shall repair or replace the defective parts with free charges. If the buyer has caused the problem, the seller will also help it in a timely manner.
After the equipment exceeds the warranty period, the seller must also ensure to supply various accessories for the equipment and performs maintenance service work. If there is a problem with the equipment, the seller must also ensure to respond within 2 hours after receiving the notification and arrive at the buyer’s site within one week if necessary.
