Machine main parts specification
1.10T hydraulic decoiler system is including the automatic control system, adjustment system, hydraulic system. The hydraulic decoiler is including press head, shovel head, hydraulic extension coil, hydraulic motor drive feeding, automatic following feeding.The decoiler foundation is welded by steel plate, automatic parts is including the taper adjusted block, hydraulic cylinder, and cylinder joint lever, etc.
Operating principle: Via hydraulic motor drive to hang main shaft, main shaft extension via the hydraulic cylinder to drive the joint lever, via the taper adjustment block to realize extension the coil.
Feeding and stop is via photoeletric controller
The feeding car is via bottom two cylinders shrink to realize the car lifting.
Feeding car power is driven by gearbox and motor in the bottom of the car.
2,leveling and pinching
The leveling roller is four rollers for feeding, four rollers for guiding, five rollers for leveling. It is including leveling rollers, mobile slider, rack leveling gap adjustment device, etc. the roller is arrangement with 2 top rollers and 3 bottom rollers. The bottom rollers are installed on the machine foundation via roller base, the top rollers are installed on the moving beam via the roller base.
The coil is via decoiler to pass the left and right roller guide to the pinch roller, which transfers to 5 roller leveling device to level. Leveling device power is 5.5KW, 2 pinch rollers are with clutch, after the steel is pre-leveling, via left and right guide roller and top and bottom pinch rollers to transfer the steel to the forming machine, the clutch break away, the feeding power is closed.

4, Leveling
Application : using in the fine turning for the metatypic material after forming in order to guarantee the material straightness and flatness of the material.
Structure and function: Turkish correction head.
It is installed the rear of the roll forming machine, which is including main foundation, slide rack, rotation foundation, and leveling rollers. Leveling rollers can be adjusted left, right and top and bottom.
Function: fixing the length of the section and cutting

6,PLC system
The whole line is used PLC to control, using man-machine interaction mode to input and modify the parameter, Operating cabinet is located in the output in order to operate the machine, easy to operate and match the jerk button. Electronic cabinet is close to the motor in order to reduce the energy consumption.
Setting : “Automatic , manual “ picture, setting “monitor” picture in order to know the production situation. Setting the parameter display function, input and editing function, accumulative function and fault display.
Safety function:
1) Under the mode of manual or commissioning, operating panelswitch can order the each component to operate.
2) Setting short range back off function
3) For using the electrical appliance in steady working condition, the electronic cabinet installs the A/C.
