a. Main Configuration and technical process The whole line is including 10T hydraulic decoiler, feeding and leveling device, roll forming machine, hydraulic servo punching machine, on line curving machine, corrugated sheet hydraulic cutting machine, output table, hydraulic system and electronic system, etc.

b.Hydraulic punching device:A. The hydraulic punching device is including rack, base support, punching mould, hydraulic cylinder and press device, 7.5KW servo motor,precision screw, guide rail, etc.
B. Punching cylinder diameter¢120X2 2pcs,core pulling cylinder 30 pcs(The QTY of cylinder is according to the punching hole requirement).
C. Punching mould material:embossing mode is made by SKD11 die steel ,with forge and grinding. HRC58-62°.
c. Corrugated sheet on line curving machineThe on line curving machine is using the reliable arc down style structure, two sets of rollers turn to the centre to make the arc lifting motion, to adjust the arc size according to the product requirement. The device has three sets rollers, there are two sets positioning rollers and press roller, the last one is arc roller, there is a floating roll on the top, and two sets rollers are fixed rollers on the bottom. Which is drived by the reduction gears, the motor power is 4KW.
d.Hydraulic cutting blade:A.Cutting device: The cutting direction( angle of inclination) can be adjusted according to the radius of curvature of the sheet, which can make the blade movement is close to the arc centre.

C.Cutting blade:Copy the corrugated sheet shape blade, material is Cr12 die steel,quenching treatment HRC58-62°.
