Customer can give us the samples of the end product if they don’t have drawing of the end product, we can make the drawing according to the sample and send it to customer for confirmation. Most of customer is care about the delivery time, our delivery time is about 45-60 working days for standard machine, if heavy duty and special machine, we need about 90 working days after the customer pay the down payment .After the machine is finished in our factory, we will ship the machine to our customer. We will dispatch the engineer to help the customer for installation and do commissioning and train the worker until the machine runs well.
