Main Production

Jiangsu XinZhengchuang is mainly produce all kinds of roll forming machine, now we focus on making heavy duty roll forming machine, special shape roll forming machine, cable tray roll forming machine, unistrut/ solar stand roll forming machine, C channel roll forming machine, guardrail roll forming machine, shelves system roll forming machine, steel silo and water tank roll forming machine, C/Z purline roll forming machine, deck floor roll forming machine, downpipe roll forming machine, all kinds of roofing and wall system roll forming machine, light steel stud and track, main Tee and cross Tee stud roll forming machine etc. We can make more than 20 series 100 kinds machines. The end product is widely used in roof and wall system, grain/water storage, storeroom, road system, light construction, automobile, workshop, supermarket shelves, photovotaic industry, villa, integration wall space, residence, and all kinds of heated housing construction project, etc. Zhengchuang machine can meet growing demand of construction enterprise, auto industry and steel production enterprise.

R&D Ability

Our company has R&D dept, which has 8 engineers to design the machine and production line. We have high efficient team and can solve the problems according to customer requirement, especial to design the heavy and special shape machine, we will give the best solution to the customer in order to help customer to get the good machine and save cost.

Production Ability

With the industrial developing, we update our working ability, we have machining centre, CNC lathe, milling machine, grinding machine, drilling machine, welding and cutting device. We have two assembling workshops, and more than 20 workers do installation and commissioning work, the annual output is about 500 sets machines now.
