●This kind of machine can make Max 4.0mm material, the whole line is column structure with gearbox drive which is strong and powerful when the machine is running.

1. Material specification：width 205mm ,thickness 0.8-1.0mm.Yield stress≤350MPa
2. Working speed：10～18M/min
3. Roller step：28 steps
4. Main motor power：15kW
5. Hydraulic station motor power：3kW
6. Roller material: GCR15 quenching treatment HRC58-62°.Secondary processing after quenching treatment in order to eliminate deformation after the quenching treatment, and guarantee the rollers precision.
7. Main shaft material：45# high quality steel with thermal refining treatment.
8. Shaft diameter：φ75mm
9. Hydraulic station pressure：10～12 Mpa
10. Blade material：Cr12mov, HRC58-62°
