1、Integrated decoiler
(1)The decoiler is unpowered decoiler, inner ring extension, hydraulic extension. Coil ID 480-530mm,Max OD of the coil 1200mm, Max load capacity is 5T.
(2)The decoiler is with the feeding control system. Using 7 rollers leveling( upper rollers 3pcs, down rollers 4 pcs). 2 group pinch rolls. Max feeding width 800mm.
2. Servo feeding machine
The roller is used hollow type, light weight, small rotary inertia, surface hardness HRC60°with hard chrome plating, stand wear and tear, long working life. Via computer closed type feedback control system, driving by servo motor to realize the chopping feeding fast, and can guarantee the feeding precision, efficiency. Max feeding width 800mm.
3. Hydraulic punching device
The system is including hydraulic drive, forming, tool edge, blade rest, hydraulic station. This device matches up the servo feeding machine, attack the angle on the work piece. Corner cut has 2 sets moulds, mobile type, can adjust the width freely.

4. Roll forming machine:
The roll forming machine has 32 steps rollers, cantilever structure, enclosed type gearbox, one side gearbox is fixed, the other side is sliding(32 rollers overall servo movement), side plate flexible 250-600mm by manual, roller inner hole diameter is 38mm, using the linear guideway to slid.

5. Hydraulic cutting + edgefold
Cutting + edgefold is the last process of the machine, It can cut and edgefold accurately under the control system. The system is including the hydraulic drive, forming tool edge, blade frame, hydraulic station, The machine fold once, via the fiber optic and encoder location.
